With The Étoile Experience, our mission is to help dancers of all ages discover their passion for movement and unlock their full potential. Led by artistic director and teacher Aesha Nichelle, we strive to teach, inspire, and guide every dancer in their journey through dance and acrobatics.
Our approach is highly personalized, blending technique, artistry, strength, and creativity in an encouraging environment that builds both skill and confidence. Through seasonal classes, private lessons, and pop-in masterclasses, The Étoile Experience provides training opportunities that allow dancers to grow gracefully, powerfully, and with purpose.

Our seasonal program is designed for dancers who want consistent, progressive training. Students commit to a full season of classes, focusing on technique, flexibility, conditioning, acrobatics, and choreography. Seasonal enrollment ensures steady growth, structured learning, and performance opportunities, giving dancers the foundation they need to excel.

Private lessons give dancers the opportunity to receive individualized attention tailored to their goals. Whether focusing on technique, flexibility, conditioning, acrobatics, or choreography, each session is customized to accelerate progress at the dancer’s own pace. Private lessons are available to both registered students and non-registered students, with reduced rates offered for seasonal enrollees.

Aesha Nichelle
Aesha Nichelle is a passionate dance educator, studio owner, and early childhood teacher based in Miami, FL. Dance has been a part of her life since the age of four, and over the years, it has grown into a purpose-driven career that blends movement, mentorship, and education. She is the founder and artistic director of The Étoile Experience, where she has had the joy of training young dancers in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, Latin, and more.
Her foundation in dance began early, not only in studios but also through school programs. She trained and performed as part of the magnet dance program at South Miami Middle School and continued on to Coral Reef Senior High School, where she participated in the dance program and was a proud member of the Cudettes dance team.
Beyond school, Aesha trained in many respected studios including Heidi and Joe, Roxy Performing Arts Center (The Roxy Theatre Group), Stars Dance Studio, Encore Cheer and Dance, Salsa Kings, and Miami Conservatory. She broadened her artistry with classes at Alvin Ailey and Broadway Dance Center and has studied with world-renowned choreographers such as Mia Michaels. Her drive even led her to audition for So You Think You Can Dance, an experience that fueled her growth as both a dancer and an artist.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Aesha has taught at well-known studios including Roxy Performing Arts Center, Stars Dance Studio, Dance Creations Dance Academy, and Dancetination. She has also performed at Premios Juventud and worked in school-based arts programs, bringing her passion for dance to diverse audiences.
In addition to her work as a dance educator, Aesha is a certified Pre-K and VPK teacher, blending early childhood education with the creativity of movement. Her goal has always been to nurture young hearts and help children grow in both skill and self-confidence.
Now, she is entering a new chapter—branching out beyond Miami, offering masterclasses across Florida and preparing to expand nationally and internationally. Through The Étoile Experience, Aesha continues to share her love of dance with new communities and inspire the next generation of movers, dreamers, and artists.
